A Very Special Wauseon Announcement!
You can help raise big lap money for the July 18, 2025 $10,000 Ronnie Rall Memorial Brakeless Classic!!
I am happy to announce the sale of a very limited quantity (ony 94 copies are available!) of this special George Roeder Sr. hardcover edition of The Complete Grand National Championship book 1954-‘69.
I am giving 100% of the profits from the sale of these special edition books to the George Roeder Sr. Lap Awards!
Each of the 94 books will be signed & numbered by the author.
They will feature the spectacular shot of George Roeder Sr. on the cover, on his way to winning the ‘67 Sacramento Mile.
The rear cover features a bio of George’s career highlights as well as the careers of his three racing sons. T
he books are premium hardback with new gloss finish pages. They look fantastic!
The book covers every GNC raec of the period with approximately 200 photos within its whopping 637 pages!
I am selling each book for $94 apiece, and I will donate all profits to the Wauseon leader lap fund.
So, how big a deal could this be? It all depends on how many books that I sell!
If I sell 25 books, the leader lap money will be approximately $125 to the leader of each (assuming an 8-lap race).
If I sell 50 books, the leader lap money would be approximately $250 per lap.
If I sell all 94 special edition hardcover books, the leader of each lap will get over $400 per lap!!
So, this is pretty cool!
The books are $94 each plus $15 shipping & handling for delivery within the continental United States.
Delivery will be 2-3 weeks.
